Consequently, some elements are 'hard-coded' and cannot be changed until you (the user) log in and select your language preferences. You can accomplish this from the user profile menu. The good news is the fix for this is quite simple. Built into the Google Chrome and Firefox web browser(s) are Translation Widget(s) to convert any text to your desired language. That said, under all circumstances, the client is solely responsible for furnishing licensed images and texts for any published works. Finally, any additional assistance to the client (in this regard), including acquisition and licensing, will be subject to separate billing for time and associated fees.

What is the difference between 'Translation' and 'Correspondence Language'?

The "Translation" option in your profile enables you to modify the interface language of the customer portal, giving you the flexibility to toggle between English and French. That said, under all circumstances, the client is solely responsible for furnishing licensed images and texts for any published works. Finally, any additional assistance to the client (in this regard), including acquisition and licensing, will be subject to separate billing for time and associated fees.

We employ a subscription-based model for ongoing website care plans. These plans require a 30-day commitment and are billed monthly on a recurring 30-day cycle, starting from your initial transaction each month. This setup ensures a consistent billing cycle, offering transparency and convenience in payment. Regardless of the scope of work, we prioritize your privacy and security. To ensure this, all payments are securely processed through our trusted gateway partners, Stripe and or PayPal.

How do you handle website care plan service renewals?

For simplicity's sake, website care plan renewals are handled seamlessly. Once you commit to a 30-day care plan, it automatically renews for an additional 30-day term until canceled. This ensures uninterrupted support for your WordPress website. Our commitment is to provide continuous care and support so you will always have access to help with any adjustments or to discuss plan changes. Also, you can easily manage your plan through your My Portal account dashboard. If at any point you wish to cancel or make adjustments, you can simply submit a cancellation request, and we'll assist you promptly.

How can I cancel my monthly website care plan?

We understand that needs and circumstances may change, as such, you have the flexibility to cancel your monthly website care plan at any time by creating a support ticket through your client portal dashboard. Keep in mind that by canceling, you will no longer have access to the security measures, such as backups, updates, uptime monitoring, vulnerability scanning, and malware detection, provided by your chosen care package. Feel free to reach out to our support if you have any questions or require assistance in this regard.

Do you offer any support for website hosting services?

The short answer is, no. Having your webserver setup, secure, and ready to go is the clients responsibility. However, in exceptional cases, we can provide for temporary hosting for customers needing assistance in this regard. In these limited cases, we extend our support offering to include hosting support. That said, as hosting is not our main focus we rarely if ever host client sites and always reserve the right to exercise our discretion for any additional hosting services and hosting support we afford on a case-by-case basis. In all circumstances though, we can be called upon to help with basic things like pointing of DNS records for example.

What is your typical response time for support?

Firstly, we understand that every support request is an urgency, that's why we emphasize quick responses. While it's challenging to specify an exact time due to the dynamic nature of support, we make every effort to respond as promptly as possible. Our availability is from Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm (GMT +5), with our maximum response times ranging from 24 to 48 hours. Please note, we actively triage requests and exceptions are made for catastrophic failures and critical work, ensuring that these cases are prioritized for an expedited resolution.

How do you ensure website security and protection against hacking?
