Also, you can easily manage your plan through your My Portal account dashboard. If at any point you wish to cancel or make adjustments, you can simply submit a cancellation request, and we'll assist you promptly.

However, in exceptional cases, we can provide for temporary hosting for customers needing assistance in this regard. In these limited cases, we extend our support offering to include hosting support. That said, as hosting is not our main focus we rarely if ever host client sites and always reserve the right to exercise our discretion for any additional hosting services and hosting support we afford on a case-by-case basis. In all circumstances though, we can be called upon to help with basic things like pointing of DNS records for example.
Firstly, we understand that every support request is an urgency, that's why we emphasize quick responses. While it's challenging to specify an exact time due to the dynamic nature of support, we make every effort to respond as promptly as possible. Our availability is from Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm (GMT +5), with our maximum response times ranging from 24 to 48 hours. Please note, we actively triage requests and exceptions are made for catastrophic failures and critical work, ensuring that these cases are prioritized for an expedited resolution.
